Hank's story Mugwumps appears in this anthology, the 5th volume in the Darkside series. Roc published it in September 2006.
Hank is co-editing this anthology with John Pelan; contributors include Michael Reaves and Steve Perry, Gary A. Braunbeck, Ken MacLeod, Michael Shea, Joe Nassise, and others. The anthology also includes Hank's story Natural Selection.
